About Us:

The law firm of Dunlop, Dunlop & Dunlop, P.A. has been practicing family law in Central Florida since 1995. We handle issues related to divorce, paternity, relocation, "custody," contact schedules ("visitation"), modification and changes to existing orders, issues as to agreements, contempt, enforcement, alimony, and support, and other family law related matters.

Attorney and partner J. Erwin Dunlop is a graduate of the University of London, with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics, a graduate of the University of Florida, with a Master of Arts in English, and a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, Juris Doctor, 1995. He has been practicing family law in Winter Park, Florida since 1995. He is a resident of Seminole County, Florida, and he is proud to be a naturalized American Citizen. Erwin was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and grew up in Scotland. He first came to America to attend the University of Florida.

Attorney and partner Diana Knowles Dunlop is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in English, and a Juris Doctor, 1995. Diana was born in Leesburg, Florida and has lived in Florida most of her life.

Diana and Erwin, who are married, have one son, Philip T. Dunlop, Esq. Philip has a separate Criminal Defense law practice in an office in Kissimmee, Florida. Philip is married with a wife, Ilena, and three children.
